2 parts Greygoose Vodka
1 part passion fruit juice
1 part lemon juice
1 cup (250 mls) crushed ice
prosecco to top up
Place vodka, juices and crushed ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into an open bowl cocktail glass. Top up with prosecco. Garnish with a passion fruit boat
